mean grades: P1=13/20, P2=10/20, P3= 15/20, P4=9/20, P5=11/20, total=58/100

Note the distribution is somewhat bimodal.  The large peak at 50 should not really drive the curve.  I would set the center of the B range at about a 63-65.
